1. SCOPE
These terms apply to all purchases made through
whataboutsaddles.com. By placing an order you agree
to these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS
We sell pre-loved saddles and equestrian accessories.
All used items are sold as-is.
Every saddle is described accurately and honestly.
All known defects are documented and photographed.
We are not the original manufacturer.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank transfer.
Payment required in full before dispatch.
Instalment options (3× or 4× interest-free) available
on request — contact us.

4. SHIPPING
Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment.
All saddles shipped via FedEx with tracking and insurance.
Photographs taken before dispatch.
FedEx tracking number sent by email when collected.
Shipping costs shown at checkout.

5. HOME TRIAL (EU ONLY)
7-day trial: €15 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
14-day trial: €165 (€150 deposit refundable + €15 cleaning)
Trial available for EU customers only.
Non-EU orders are final sale.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
EU customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days
of delivery without providing a reason.
Notify us in writing within 14 days.
Return item within 14 days of notice.
Item must be in same condition as received.
Return shipping costs borne by customer.
Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving return.
Note: the €15 cleaning fee is outside the right of
withdrawal and is non-refundable in all cases.

within reasonable time of receiving order.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Laws of Portugal and EU regulations apply.
