These terms apply to all purchases made through whataboutsaddles.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS
We sell pre-loved saddles and equestrian accessories.
All used items are sold as-is.
Every saddle is described accurately and honestly.
All known defects are documented and photographed.
We are not the original manufacturer.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank transfer.
Payment required in full before dispatch.
Pay in instalments with Klarna*
*With Klarna, where available.

4. SHIPPING
Ships from Portugal.
Photographs taken before dispatch.
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Shipping costs shown at checkout.

5. HOME TRIAL (EU ONLINE ORDERS)
The 14-Day Home Trial is available for eligible pre-owned saddles purchased online by customers in the European Union.
The full purchase price is paid at checkout. The trial lasts 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the saddle is physically delivered to you.
There is no fixed trial or cleaning fee.
The Home Trial is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
EU customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason.
Notify us in writing within 14 days.
Return item within 14 days of notice.
Item must be in same condition as received.
Return shipping costs borne by customer.
Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving return.

7. COMPLAINTS
Submit to info@whataboutsaddles.com within reasonable time of receiving order.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Laws of Portugal and EU regulations apply.
