before dispatch.

Instalment options (3× or 4× interest-free)

STEP 3 — WE SHIP TO YOU

All saddles are shipped via FedEx with full tracking
and insurance. We dispatch within 1–2 business days
after payment is confirmed.

You will receive your FedEx tracking number
by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

STEP 4 — TRY IT AT HOME (EU ONLY)

We offer a home trial on eligible saddles
for customers within the European Union.

7-DAY TRIAL — €15
€15 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
Return by day 7 → full saddle price refunded

14-DAY TRIAL — €165
€150 refundable deposit + €15 cleaning fee
Return by day 14 → €150 deposit refunded
Keep it → €150 deducted from saddle price

The €15 cleaning fee covers professional leather
care between riders. It is non-refundable
regardless of outcome.

Trial not available for orders outside the EU.
Non-EU purchases are final sale.
