Terms and conditions are always included with your purchase, regardless of whether you choose to buy your saddle online or in person. Below are abbreviated terms and conditions.

We offer a flexible trial system to help you make the right choice — whether you’re picking up in person or ordering online.

Try before you buy — with confidence.

- Borrow up to 3 saddles at a time
- Test them for up to 7 days
- Trial fee: €40 per saddle (non-refundable)
- Deposit: full saddle value, refunded upon return

We’ll bring a curated selection of saddles based on your needs, evaluate the fit on your horse, and guide you throughout the process.

4. You can receive saddles for trial at home (shipping fees apply)

PAYMENT

Online Purchase

We accept secure payments via:

- Credit or Debit Card

- PayPal

- Bank Transfer (upon request)

All prices are shown in Euros (€), including VAT where applicable.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in line with EU regulations.

If you select our optional 5-day trial period, a fee of €45 per saddle will apply. This fee is non-refundable and covers inspection and cleaning after return.

The full amount is charged at checkout. If you decide to return the saddle, we will refund your payment minus the trial fee and any applicable costs.

Pick-Up & Home Trial (Portugal only)

Prefer to test saddles in person? You can borrow up to 3 saddles for 7 days from our location.

Payment at pickup includes:

- Trial fee: €60 per saddle (non-refundable)

- Refundable security deposit: Full saddle value

Accepted payment methods:

A valid ID is required at the time of pick-up. Saddles must be returned in the same condition.
