STEP 3 — WE SHIP TO YOU

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

STEP 4 — 14-DAY HOME TRIAL (EU ONLINE ORDERS)

Available for eligible pre-owned saddles purchased online by customers in the European Union.
The full purchase price is paid at checkout. The trial lasts 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the saddle is physically delivered to you.
There is no fixed trial or cleaning fee.

STEP 5 — KEEP IT OR RETURN IT

If you decide to return the saddle, please notify us before the trial expires.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked and adequately insured return delivery.
