At What About Saddles, we aim to make your purchase experience smooth and fair. Below are our return and exchange policies for both saddles and equipment.

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

In accordance with EU consumer law, all customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

- This applies to both used saddles and equipment, unless otherwise stated (e.g., custom items).

- The customer must notify us in writing (by email) within the 14-day period.

- After cancellation is confirmed, the product must be returned within 5 working days.

- The returned product must be in the same condition as when received, with all original labels and packaging.

Used Saddles & Equipment

- All used saddles and second-hand equipment are photographed and documented before shipping.

- Any damage or condition changes found upon return (not present at the time of shipping) will result in a deduction from your refund based on repair or value loss.

- If a return is initiated after the deadline, or returned goods arrive late, a late fee or partial refund may apply.

- Return shipping is not covered by us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

New Products

If you return new, unused products, they must meet the following conditions:

- Returned within 14 calendar days

- In brand-new condition — unused, unwashed, and free from marks, odors, or damage

- All original tags and packaging must be intact

- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change the size or model, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund (if eligible under the conditions above).

Unclaimed Packages

If your order is not collected from the delivery service and is returned to us:

-  We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and administrative handling.

-  The current charge is €60 (including initial and return shipping costs).

Return Instructions

- Email us at info@whataboutsaddles.com to initiate a return.

- If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label (for saddles only).

- You are responsible for securely packaging the item, preferably in its original box.

- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
