EU CUSTOMERS — STANDARD PURCHASE
14-day right of withdrawal from date of delivery (EU law).
Notify us by email within 14 days.

Non-EU customers: All sales final unless item was
significantly misrepresented.

Return conditions:
- Same condition as delivered
- All original tags, labels, packaging intact
- Not oiled, modified, or damaged
- Returned via tracked and insured FedEx or equivalent

We photograph every saddle before dispatch.
Condition changes found upon return may result in
partial refund or refusal.

TRIAL RETURNS
7-day trial: return by day 7 → full saddle price refunded
14-day trial: return by day 14 → €150 deposit refunded
€15 cleaning fee is non-refundable in both cases.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

— Name and order number
— Reason for return
— Photos of the item ready to pack

2. We confirm by email

3. Pack in original box with saddle cover

4. Return shipping

Please contact us by email before sending any return. We will provide the full return address and return instructions.

All returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service.

5. Send us the tracking number

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
€25 handling fee + original and return shipping costs
deducted from any refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Return original (if eligible) and place a new order.
