FAQ - sending saddles
Saddle Shipping Instructions
Please follow these guidelines carefully when returning or sending a saddle to us to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged:
CUSTOM CARTON SIZE
- For a jumping saddle, we recommend a box with approximate dimensions: 60 x 40 x 50 cm
- For a dressage saddle, a slightly larger box may be required
- Always use a strong, double-walled box
HOW TO PACK THE SADDLE
1. Put the saddle cover on the saddle before packing
2. Place the saddle seat-side down in the box
3. You can gently fold the saddle flaps inward if needed, to help close the box (without forcing or creasing them)
4. The most important part to protect is the back arch (cantle) — we strongly recommend wrapping the saddle in bubble wrap or similar protective padding
5. Do not include any extra items or packaging materials in the box — only the saddle
SECURING THE PACKAGE
- Seal the box thoroughly with strong packing tape
- If you are using a moving box or box with handle holes, tape over the holes completely
IF YOU RECEIVED A RETURN LABEL FROM US
- Print the return label
- Attach it securely to the top of the box
- Drop the package off at your nearest DHL Service Point or follow any specific instructions provided by us
