Are your saddles inspected before listing?
Yes. Every saddle undergoes our 15-point inspection
before listing. All defects are documented in the
product description and photographed. We never hide
imperfections.

I don't see the saddle I'm looking for. What can I do?
Contact us at info@whataboutsaddles.com with your
requirements (brand, size, discipline, budget).
We may have unlisted stock or can help you find
the right match.

TRIAL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Is home trial available?
Yes — for EU customers only. We offer 7-day (€15
cleaning fee) and 14-day (€165: €150 deposit + €15
cleaning fee) options on eligible saddles.

Is the €15 cleaning fee refundable?
No. The cleaning fee is non-refundable regardless
of whether you keep the saddle or return it.

Can I request a trial for a non-EU delivery?
No. Trial is not available outside the EU.
Non-EU orders are final sale.

What if I want to keep the saddle after a 14-day trial?
The €150 deposit is deducted from the saddle price —
you pay the difference. The €15 cleaning fee
is non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer
(by prior arrangement). Instalment options
(3× or 4× interest-free) available — contact us.

How quickly do you ship?
Within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
All saddles are shipped tracked and insured.
You receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to EU countries, UK, USA, and beyond.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Trial is EU-only.

Can I sell my saddle through you?
Yes. We accept premium pre-loved saddles on
consignment. Requirements: you must be the original
owner with an invoice from the original purchase.

Do you buy saddles outright?
We do not purchase saddles at this time.
We offer consignment only.

How long does it take to sell?
Consignment period is 90 days. Most premium saddles
sell within 2–6 weeks, depending on brand and price.
