Are your saddles inspected before listing?
Yes. Saddles are inspected before listing. All defects are documented in the product description and photographed. We never hide imperfections.

I don't see the saddle I'm looking for. What can I do?
Contact us at info@whataboutsaddles.com with your requirements (brand, size, discipline, budget). We may have unlisted stock or can help you find the right match.

TRIAL

Is a home trial available?
Yes. The 14-Day Home Trial is available for eligible pre-owned saddles purchased online by customers in the European Union.

The full purchase price is paid at checkout. The trial lasts 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the saddle is physically delivered to you.

Is there a trial or cleaning fee?
There is no fixed trial or cleaning fee.

What if I decide to return the saddle?
Please notify us before the trial expires. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked and adequately insured return delivery.

Does the trial affect my right of withdrawal?
No. The Home Trial is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal.

Ships from Portugal.
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to EU countries, UK, USA, and beyond. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
