We want you to feel confident before you commit. We offer a 14-Day Home Trial for eligible pre-owned saddles.

14-Day Home Trial — EU Online Orders

Available for eligible pre-owned saddles purchased online by customers in the European Union.

One saddle is included in a standard trial. The full purchase price is paid at checkout. No separate security deposit is required. The trial lasts 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the saddle is physically delivered to you or to a person nominated by you other than the carrier.

During the Home Trial, the saddle may be assessed under normal, careful riding conditions. It must be kept clean and dry and must not be altered, repaired, oiled or used in rain, mud or competitions. All original tags and accessories must remain with the saddle.

If you decide to return the saddle, please notify us before the trial expires. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked and adequately insured return delivery.

There is no fixed trial or cleaning fee. After the saddle is returned and inspected, we may deduct only the actual loss in value resulting from damage, excessive wear or handling beyond the permitted trial conditions.

14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers

The Home Trial is a commercial service that allows you to assess an eligible saddle under normal riding conditions. It is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after you or a person nominated by you other than the carrier takes physical possession of the order, to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of tracked and adequately insured return delivery.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered by us. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
