WHY A CLEANING FEE?

Every returned saddle is professionally cleaned and
conditioned before being offered to the next rider.
The €15 fee covers this — charged to all trial customers.

TRIAL CONDITIONS
──────────────────────────
✓ Normal riding use is expected and welcomed
✓ Do not clean or oil the saddle — we handle this
✓ Store with saddle cover when not in use
✓ Do not use in rain, mud, or wet conditions
✓ No modifications (gullet, stitching, reflocking)
✓ Return all original packaging and labels
✓ Return in original box, sealed securely

You are fully responsible for the saddle during the trial.
Loss, theft, or damage is the customer's liability.

Late returns: €10/day fee after deadline.
If not returned or contacted within 21 days of delivery,
we reserve the right to treat the sale as final.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Use a tracked and insured FedEx or equivalent service.
